Description: This release prepares the Builder code base for the introduction of Builder Blocks next week. It is important that you upgrade not just Builder but Style Manager and the SEO Plugin if your site also uses those. Also, if your site uses the Tabber Widget plugin, you should upgrade it to the newly released version 1.0.3.
